Will BLT villas rent for more than BCV?

Part of the decision to buy into BLT,or any DVC resort, involves comparing the cost of room rental to purchase and member dues.

Because of the increased price of BLT points and the increased points needed in each catagory, I am assuming that BLT will rent to the public for more than any other DVC resorts.

Anyone agree or disagree?

Well, the cost of a room rental at the property has never figured into our decision-making when buying DVC points, but I do agree that the cash prices for BLT villas will be well above those of any existing DVC property.

When people started renting their AKV points for AKV stays, they jacked up the price. I'd expect the same at BLT.

Since the points per stay is more for BLT, I'm assuming the price per point will stay the same, but it will cost more per night.
