Would you be interested in paying more dues for special perks -- such as: (1) Boat rentals covered. (2) Round of golf covered. (3) Character dining covered. (4) Upgrade of cruise cabin. (5) Dinner show covered. (6) Etc., etc.

For those who don't want this, the dues would remain the same.

No, let the persons using the specials pay for them. Not the persons who don't use them. This is kinda like sounding like the US Goverment under Billy Clinton.

TAX AND SPEND AND TAX AND SPEND AND IF ANYONE DIES WITH ANYTHING TAX THAT TOO!!!!

The way you phrase this cannot likely be done. It would be difficult legally to start setting a two tier dues structure for owners at a resort. However, it would be nice if they put together discount recreational packages that a member could buy that included things you list.

No.

All the things you've listed can be paid for individually. I do not golf, rarely go to character meals, don't rent boats and I haul my own trash out each morning, etc. while "home". My dues are high enough now.

Like drusba pointed to,I would rather see some sort of preferred DVC package that we would get a discount on .

I don't think this would be legal in terms of the contract. The contract says dues are to pay for operations of the resort.
