Help with banked points

Hi - I am getting confussed again - no surprise! Say I have banked points that are available Dec. 1, 2001. Can I book a Jan 2002 trip NOW counting on banked points when they become available in Dec? Or do I have to wait until Dec 2001 to book something using those banked points? Thanks so much

You can book it now 11 months in advance. You don't have to wait.

Forgive me if I misunderstand, but do you mean points that became available December 1, 2000?

If you were to bank your 2000 use year points into 2001, you do not have to wait until Decemer 2001 to make your Janaury 2002 reservations. Your 7/11 month window would govern when reservations may be made.

When you make a ressie at the 11 month window, the points used are what is available in that use year. It is the use year, not when you make the reservation that counts. ;)
