Hi, Can you tell me your favorite cookie sheets? My old calphalon ones are about to bite the dust and I thought this would be a great thing to ask for as a Christmas gift. But what do I want?

Cook's Illustrated recommends the Vollrath cookie sheet, but it is expensive, about $25. You can get it from chefsresource.com

I love my AirBake pans!
I also have cupcake/muffin pans too. They're the best!

Thanks for the info. I need new cookie sheets, too. You usually can't go wrong with a recommendation from Cook's Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen! I've also read good reviews about Williams-Sonoma's cookie sheets.
