Remember in the late 70's or early 80's the fad with toe socks, these remind me so much of them except these are hard-soled and are used a lot for athletic sports.

whoa! I was so inspired to respond with all kinds of toe-related comments, but I have been overwhelmed and my hard drive crashed under all the weight. Now I have skidded to a halt.

The only thing I want to know is, what if the velcro starts to curl up and gets scratchy, and why go to all that trouble to hide 25 cents and my Scooters card?
