View Full Version : Stollen-style bundt recipe?

I don't even know if such a recipe exists, but I saw one for a stollen wreath (using a yeast-based dougn) and I thought it would be cool (and lighter) to have a stollen-style bundt:goodvibes I have a loaf (cake) recipe which includes marzipan and fruit, but its quite heavy - like a simnel cake (if you have that there - its an Easter/Mothering Sunday thing here).

Just wondered......;)

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a stollen recipe that was made in a Bundt pan. I did find a couple of recipes that are similar to what you're looking for. I hope this helps.

They look yummy, but they're very similar to the one I have (I hate rolling bread dough as it never goes into an even shape for me;) ) It probably doesn't exist unless i want to invent it myself:cutie:
