and you think they're late, you really should call DCL.
I'm still waiting for my 5/23 Wonder docs, and I called yesterday. DCL said "We haven't sent them, because you still have a balance due." :confused:
Turns out DCL never applied the spring discount to the total, even though my TA (DU) had done the paperwork with them. Donna at DU got it straightened out in about 1/2 hour -- like she said, it's a good thing they keep all their records & correspondence. When I said "we know DCL couldn't possibly screw up a ressie", she just laughed :)
DCL is Fedexing the docs today or tomorrow.
So if you don't have the docs yet, and you're worried, call!
