We are ready to sign our papers from the Timeshare Store to buy into DVC. Is there anything I should be looking for or beware of?

What I really needed to know, concerns the paperwork. Is there something there that I have to be careful of? Of course I know we will want to buy more. Thanks

The timeshare store has a good reputation. Moreover, the contract is rather straight forward and I have not seen any hidden clauses. The cost of the transaction is specific,i.e. it explains contract sale price, timeshare closing fee, title examination, title search, etc. Bottom line is you need to be satisfied with your decision to purchase. If necessary you could have a lawyer review the transaction; however, that is a personnel decision. When I purchased I reviewed all the documents without my attorney's review. Good luck!
