How to return planning kit?

We are coming up on the due date for the planning pack to be turned in prior to the ps! How did you guys return it..? Snail mail.? Scan?? Fax??

I scanned mine & emailed, but only because I sit right next to a scanner.... and I'm lazy, that darn fax machine is all the way across the room. :lmao:

I also scanned and emailed mine, you could probably fax it or post it or whatever though.

I filled mine out on the computer and emailed it.

We sent ours certified mail that required a signature on delivery (plus it had a tracking number).
