We are cruising on the Magic Jan. 25!! Can't wait!! There will be just the two of us, hubby and me! This is our first 7-day Disney - we did the land/sea on the Wonder in Oct. 2001. It was great and we couldn't wait to try the 7-nighter!! I haven't noticed many cruisers on this board going that same week - maybe we'll have the ship to ourselves - HAHAHa!!!

We also did a land and sea (Dec '01) and had such a great time on the cruise, we booked this Magic trip before we even got off the boat!

We are planning to do the winetasting, spa, cooking school etc. . .while 5 yr old DS is in the club. The cruise is a perfect place to get both family and adult time!

We are also did the 3 day in Dec. 2001 and will be joining you on Jan 25, 2003. Myself, DH, sister and BIL are so excited. The 3 day was just a tease.. 7 days will seem like heaven. We are flying in the night before just to make sure weather is not a problem and besides that way we'll start out well rested.

We are also flying in the night before. We don't have a Disney air or hotel package. I travel a lot for work so we are using frequent flyer miles for both. Last year we did the same and stayed at one of the hotels near the airport and that worked out just fine. The hotel shuttle takes us back to the airport where the DCL busses board.

This site sure provides a lot of information. I now our Jan '03 cruise is a long way off but I am learning a lot which will allow us to make the most of our magical trip.

I'm Janone's sister. As she said, we are so excited about our January cruise! I even downloaded a picture of the ship from the DCL tribute site onto my work computer just so I can remind myself why I work!:bounce:

Our December cruise was absolutely the best vacation we have ever had. Hope the next one is just as good.

I just ordered the "Beauty and the Beat" CD. From what I understand, that includes the the song they played at the MM pool when we were there mid-Dec '01. That song has been stuck in my head ever since our cruise.

I also have a countdown clock at my desk at work. Am I obsessed?

Hello again!

Yes, we are planning to go down on Thursday and spend two nights before we sail, enjoying some FL beach time. We will probably stay at the Cocoa Beach Oceanside Inn or the Best Western. I can't see paying the Radisson's price when they're not even oceanfront.

Maybe we can see the Wonder set sail on Thursday!

We are dieting our hearts out now and working out at Nautilus in hopes to be much smaller than we were on our last cruise!! We are each 27# closer to our goal!!

It's not as far off as it has been!! Can't wait until January!!

We are staying @Amerisuites. They have shuttle service from the airport, then we are having someone (not sure yet who, maybe ********) pick us up Sat AM.
