I sailed 2/2 for the first time, just shortly before they changed the rules about the shipboard credit for returning cruisers. I walked off that ship not knowing that they were going to require cruisers to re-book while still onboard in order to receive the credit. I did end up rebooking for next February about a week after we got back. Today, I decided that it had bugged me long enough and I called DCL to ask about it. She agreed with me that I had sailed under the old rules and had met the requirements that were in place at the time, and they added the $200 shipboard credit to my reservation! Yay!! :D
I'm not sure when the new rules exactly went into effect, but maybe this will help someone else who sailed around the same time and have already rebooked...
