what incentives for Vero Beach

I hear a lot about incentives to buy at Vero Beach...what are they offering? we will be there in two weeks and intend to buy more points. We have looked at resales but want an October use year.

You can sell back 100% of your first years points for $13.00 per point to bring down the price per point. This is called Magical Beginnings and I believe the offer is still in effect only at VB.
