I'm a new DVC member with points at the BWV. Unfortunately I'm in the process of divorcing and must divest of this property. Is there one broker/service that is better than another? What are all the options? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You will likely get two sets of opinions about which broker is best- but most comments will be from the buyers point of view.
The 2 most mentioned on this board are The Timeshare Store (http://www.dvc-resales.com), (the sponsor of this Board) and www.atimeshare.com (http://www.atimeshare.com) , another Orlando area broker. There have also been reports about purchases thru other Orlando realtors (I believe Remax and Century 21 have been mentioned). Other good sources are www.tug2net.com (http://www.tug2net.com) and www.timesharingtoday.com (http://www.timesharingtoday.com) .
