Ok I'm looking into going for Christmas and New year in 2010, is it logical to do?
Dates I'm looking at 24 Dec- 1st Jan 2010.
Does Eurostar run trains on the 1st Jan back to Ashford?
I'm thinking i can kill 2 birds with one stove and go for Xmas and New year.
Just looking into it, nothing for definate.

:lmao: You should definitely buy AP's.
You could always phone Eurostar to see if they are running the service on Jan 1st 2009. You would be able to see the frequency etc. That's quite a few days at DLRP, even for an addict!;)

I think if we do this it could be a offsite job as some of the prices are more than shocking :scared:
People have said i can go WDW for them prices but na thanks, I'll stick with my home :cloud9:

I'm sure Eurostar runs on 1st January.
If you're going for both Christmas and New Year I'd also consider buying APs and price up staying off-site too ~ you can get very good prices through Benotel for the Explorers, also look at the Kyriad, and Dreamcastle, they take over the Holiday Inn soon as well. I know it won't be the same as staying on-site but it might work out worthwhile and if you buy Dream APs then you'll still have EMH.

Thanks Elaine.
I was thinking at offsite anyway and before hand going dlp for a day and buying my dream AP's.
The offsite hotels look really nice. I guess I could stay onsite for Xmas and move to a offsite hotel for new year?

If you're after a dream AP, then you wouldn't need that day trip before hand - you could just buy it the day you arrive as neither the fantasy nor the dream have the same day 2 and 3 blackouts which you get with the francillien.

Well my mum would be upset but she would get over it.
I just would like a nice Christmas and new year with me and my daughter in Disney.

The only thing that scares me about Christmas and New Year is the crowds

That scares me aswell, but I think I would be going for the atmosphere then rides....Unless Kyra is into rides as she will be 5 then. (I pray not)
