Disney Dollars?

Does any one know if you can use Disney Dollars on board?
We will be doing one week at WDW before our cruise and I have been giving my boys thier allowance in Disney dollars.
I need to know if they need to spend them before we board the magic.:confused:

at Guest Services. You cannot use them in the shops - everything must be charged to your KTTW card.

I am doing the same thing with my kids. - They both have over $100 each which will go towards things they want on the ship

We used DisDol last year before our cruise, to reward random acts of kindness and chores above and beyond the normal call of duty. Our DD12 and DD7 were greatly motivated in the months before the trip.
Have fun with giving them to your kids!
