I have finally got the go ahead to get on a wait list for a Boardwalk Villas resale. I have spoken to both The Timeshare Store and A Timeshare Broker and they both seem great to work with. Is it okay to call both of them and get on both of their lists so they can call me if anything becomes available? You are not obligated to buy from them or anything when you are put on their list are you? Thanks!

It is perfectly all right to be on the list of as many brokers as you wish. They will each notify you of resales that become available that you may be interested in. I actually checked both of those that you mentioned before making my resale purchase last month. Good luck! :)

I think you did the right thing placing your name on both list. The first one that comes along with the numbers that work for you--go for it! Be patient and good luck! Something will come along!

That is exactly what you should be doing. REsales come and go with resale brokers. Give them your particulars and let them get in touch with you when that type of resale comes up. We bought through A Timeshare Broker and worked with Jaki ***** she is great to deal with. Very professional and low key, will not be pushy. Our resale took less than 4 wks from offer to closing. She stays in touch with you and moves the transaction along.

Good luck

I did the same thing and ended up buying from A Timeshare Broker. I then called The Timeshare Store and asked to be removed from their calling list.

it is the smart thing to do...when you have 2 folks trying to earn your business, then they will both be more inclined to work a little harder to get the sale.
