Ride opening hours at Xmas [Archive] - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi everyone :) , sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, never posted before. May be a daft question but just wondered if anyone knew what time the rides will be open til over xmas, we arrive on 24th Dec for 4 nights, think I read somewhere that the park is open til 10pm on those days but I've also heard that the rides close at 6pm, would that be right?

In DLRP, if the park closing time is 10pm, the rides will be open until 10pm :goodvibes .

I was there yesterday and the rides stayed open until the park closed.

we went on crush's coaster at the very end of the day as they were cutting off the line and not letting any more people on and the wait was down to 35 mins... not bad considering the queue's were around 80 mins in the day - even just as the park opened! :eek:

:yay: Thanks guys, my 2 teens will be delighted when I tell them, they were convinced the park was open late for the restaurants only and the rides would close a lot earlier

There may be a few rides that shut a bit earlier than the advertised closing time.

When we went in October Nautilus was open from 11.30am to 5pm, Casey Jnr and Storybook were open from 10am to 6pm and Autopia was open from 11.30am to park closing.

WOW!! 80 mins queue?! I didn't really know what to expect for queue times, best I pack some thermals :thumbsup2

Crush is the exception rather than the rule though.
