Hi,

we're just back and during the trip the kids had their picture taken with a monkey character and he signed his autograph but we can't make head nor tail of what it says. Probably due to the fact it had to be written with ridiculously big monkey hands.
Can anyone help with the name and which movie it's from.

I don't think it was him, this was more of a tall skinny monkey, like a chimp. The name appears to start with 'Si'.

We thought it may also be a name that is different in France (ie Goofy signed the autograph book 'Dingo')

Ignore me, am going nuts! Think I need to get my eyes checked again, thought the monkey had a hat on, but nope, it's a cape on someone else!

We have his autograph and he signed in English for us. His name is just 'Monkey'! you must have the french version.
We found that with Chip and Dale, if they knew you were english they would sign Chip and Dale, in French they are Tic and Tac.

The monkey is from Jungle Book, I think... We had a photo taken with him and he wrote Monkey in Mia's book

Singe is the French word for monkey. We have a Singe autograph too, it has a knot on the g which I think is meant to be like his tail and he's just one of the Jungle Book monkeys. :goodvibes
