Last trip paid OOP and saved money. Next trip dining at few pricey ones. Please share your thoughts based on these during our trip (7 nights):
2 adults
2 kids (4 & 5)
Le Cellier Dinner
Kona Dinner
Kona Breakfast
50's Primetime
LTT Lunch
Tokyo Dining
CRT Breakfast
Narcoosees Dinner
Condorman

On your last trip, did you order apps, entrees and desserts at every lunch and dinner? If so, then the DxDP is something to consider. If you would not ordinarly do three courses, or if you would only do them because they're included on the plan, then you're forcing yourself to live up to the plan's intentions (and not your appetite or pocketbook) so then it's not worth it.
I see you have a few breakfasts scheduled. Breakfasts usually bring down the overall price advantage of the DxDP because you are not getting an app or dessert, per se. There are substitutions, but they do not add up price-wise the way they would for lunch or dinner. You may want to pay OOP for a breakfast or two and bank your dining credits for more interesting lunches instead.
Finally, with the exception of CRT Breakfast (not sure if that's 1 or 2 credits) I see that Narcoossee's is your only signature 2-credit destination. If you are able to stockpile an extra credit or two as I mentioned above, you should be able to squeeze in another signature restaurant and then truly get your money's worth on the plan. Go to allearsnet.com and take a look at the menus, see what your family might order, and do the math. The DxDP may be exactly what you've been looking for. Whatever your decision, have fun!

I agree with the PP. CRT is two credits for breakfast. However, it is a better value to pay OOP there based on the value of the two credits since you are over a few credits. I would also pay OOP for the Kona breakfast and do regular DDP. I'm not sure with just those resturants, I would do DxDDP. I haven't done the math, but I believe the most cost effective way to approach this would be as I suggested above. Now, if you want to add more signature rest., and more meals. It might be better to go deluxe.

Thanks for the responses. I was crunching some numbers and based on our eating habits there I think it would actually save us money not to do the deluxe plan. We just wont eat enough to justify the cost.
Many Thanks again for the responses!

If those are the only table service meals you're planning, I'd just pay for CRT and one other breakfast out of pocket and go with the standard plan. You've got 10 credits planned and you'd have 21 to use on the deluxe plan; unless you add more TS meals to your plan, you're not going to come out ahead with the deluxe plan.

You are very close to where the DxDDP is the most cost effective. You could add 2 more TS credits and you'd be saving money.

I agree with other posters. If it were me, I'd get Regular and pay OOP for CRT and Kona Breakfast. Have fun!

Can anyone tell me what the regular plan would be for 7 nights? 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 4 & 5).
Thanks Again
