Hello,
I was wondering if someone could answer a question for me,
As I understood it Disney will send me a renewal reminder/envelope when it is time?? My pass expired today, so I dont NEED a reminder, but do they send one? should I be looking for it in the mail? How Long do I have to renew to get the renewal discount??
Thank you!

I've never heard about a reminder, but you have 30 days after expiration to renew your AP.

You should have recieved your reminder by now. But its no problem, just call CR and they will direct you in getting those APs. Be sure to tell them you own DVC, and let them know this is a renewal. They will send you a voucher in the mail. And as the previous poster mentioned, you do have 1 month to renew after pass expires at the renewal rate.

Have had AP for years and with DVC for a few. Been told many times there will be annual reminder. Never received one.

We never received a reminder before (or even after) our APs expired.

We got a reminder for this years renewal back in January but it came in my daughter's name, but that was before we renewed with DVC. Maybe we don't get a renewal letter if we renewed with DVC.

We've always gotten notices, but then we have FL Resident APs.

Ok, so I can renew over the phone:confused3
I guess I thought I had to be there in person to renew, as my pass expires 30 days from Nov.10, I can just call and pay over the phone and they will send me a renewal notice.........Oh that makes me happy.:goodvibes
What number would I call.
I am a DVC member.
Regarding the renewal notice, didn't receive one, and also, you know the little mailer you get with discounts/free stuff?
I got that one about a week after my second and last trip I was using my AP for last year(march). I wrote a e-mail asking if there were any way I could get some of the free-bee stuff(eg. prints) and never did receive a response:guilty:

I tried renewing mine through DVC, but they directed me to CR. The number is 407-560-PASS(7277)

I've renewed my online on Disney World website, log on to passholder.
You can print up a confirmation and pick your pass up at any guess relations @ the parks or Downtown Disney your next visit. In the pass they gave you a month after expiration.

I have never seen a renewal notice, but then if 30 days passes and I cannot renew I figure I'm better off with a full year +1 rather than the renewal discount anyway.
