Requests at OKW? Fax or call?

Hi, we are staying at OKW (not members) on May 19th-23rd. The lady that made the ressies for us requested us a first floor, close to main building studio with a crib. But I was wanting to make the request myself. Do I fax them like at the other resorts or can I just call them? If you fax, what's the number? Thanks guys.

p.s. how good are they on granting requests?
