Definition of 11 months?

We have just purchased at VWL and are planning on making ressies at 11 months for next May. What is the definition of a month-30 days? So 330 days out I can call and reserve.....?

You can call 11 months from the day you check-out. If you wanted to reserve checking in May 11 and checking out May 17 you would call on June 17. If that's a Saturday or Sunday you call that Monday. Some people do a "day by day" reservation. In that case you would call June 12 (as if you were checking in May 11 and out May 12) to begin reserving. You could call that day and ask MS whether they thought it necessary for you to keep calling daily or whether there was availability.
