OKW reservations

We are new members since November - home
resort of BWV. Planning on going down 2nd
week of December to OKW with friends (6 adults and 6 toddlers total). Would like to think we will be able to get a 3BR at OKW. My wife is planning on calling the day our 7 month period to reserve. For all of you experienced DVC'ers, how
wishful is our thinking in getting a 3BR
for 2nd week Dec at OKW, when our home resort
is BWV. I'm more pessimistic about our chances
than my wife.

As the boards prove...you never know for sure. Early December is getting very popular with DVC members so the GV may be a problem. I would have a "backup" in mind. A two-bedroom and a studio, 2 studios and a one-bedroom, etc. or else reserve a GV at BWV with the thought of switching to OKW.

Pam has given you good advice and information,it might be tough getting a GV at that time.

Keep in mind that OKW GV is on two floors. With six toddlers that could be a problem! You would need a gate at bottom and top of stairs. Don't know if OKW provides these.

You could always have an okw member make the ressie for you and then transfer the appropriate(sp?) amount of points into their account. Just an idea...
