We were suppose to close this past Tues (13th) but on Mon got a thank you note from our broker and a letter from the closing company letting us know that the closing actually took place on Feb 7. Called MS on Thurs and made our first ressies. Got our members book in the mail on Sat. Maybe if I'm lucky we will get one of those new pins!
BTW, the letter from the closing company said it would be 3 weeks before we could make a reservation b/c it would take that long for Disney to get their copy of the deed. Called our broker and she did not have any idea why we would have been told that. She said a copy of the deed is faxed to Dsiney at the time of closing. I called MS the next day and we were already in the system. I mention this only b/c I thought someone last week had also gotten a letter stating the same thing.
