When and Where do I sign up for Everything?

To give an idea on how long I have been LURKING and gathering WDW knowledge from this board---I have one of the original DIS t-shirts. This is a big move for me ---I have, after a great deal of thought --decided to go to the DIS CON 2002. So please let me know where and when I need to sign up for the official and unofficial DIS CON meets. Daughter even said I could use her tiara for the Afternoon tea. We're waiting for an announcement by Pete sometime this week which will give the schedule, registration and hotel information. Not sure when that will be. But keep stopping by. We should hear something shortly.
