We cannot.

If you try to apply you will find out for sure. It may have changed since I last tried.

Still nothing, but the last time I was at a Disney Store, the CM was saying that Disney was rumoured to be looking for a bank to take it on. :thumbsup2 :goodvibes

It was in Halifax about a month ago. I thought it was odd that he would even know anything about that personally, but it peeked my interest!
