PHOTOPASS question

We have friends and family going to Disney in January and an other set of friends in February and we are now going in April can we share a photopass or are the times of the trips too far apart?

Once your photopass pics are first viewed, you have 30 days to place the order before they are removed and essentially erased.

I suppose if no one looked at their pics until after the April trip, you may be able to get away with combining the pics. However, at the risk of losing your pics, I would either contact Disney Photopass directly, or not share with others not travelling at the same time you are.
