View Full Version : June 15th 7 day looking for buddies for 9 yr boy and 10yr girl

We are going on the June 15th seven day eastern cruise. I have a nine year old boy and a ten year old girl. Anybody on the same cruise with like ages? This is our second cruise and my kids are very excited. I am sure they would love to know a couple of other kids. Thanks

We'll be on the June 15th cruise, as well. We have a daughter who will turn 10 on St. Martin Day! There are several other kids around the same age who will be on the same cruise. It would be great to schedule a time to meet the first day/night so they can look forward to making some friends right away.

Can't wait!!!

That is a great idea. Maybe we should plan to meet on the first day of the cruise somewhere. We could try to meet at the kids club or at the deck party. What do you think? Maybe the first day of the cruise around 4:00. We could also try to meet at the pool. Let me know. Kristin

We will be there too! I have a DS9 & DS11. It is our second cruise as well.

Great, lets plan for sure on meeting the first day of the cruise. How about 4:30 at the kids club. I am afraid that we will not be able to find each other at the deck party. Kristin

We'll be on the cruise with DS8 and DD17. We're travelling with another family - DS11 and DS16. I may just meet you as well to introduce the little guy. It would be fun for the parents to meet as well. See you then!

We may want to make it 4:45 in case we get held up at the safety drill (4 pm)--I would hate for someone who is interested to miss the get-together. As for meeting at the kid's club--are we talking about meeting in the hall just outside the Oceaneer's Lab?

What does everyone think?

Doesn't the sailaway party start at 4:45? I know my kids don't like to miss it. If we met at 4:30, we should be able to still make it. Nancy

You are right about the sail-away party--4:30 pm on June 15th would be better. We'll plan to be right outside of the Oceaneer's Lab at 4:30pm on Saturday. We'll be easy to spot...both Cailyn and I have red hair.

Our family will also be on this cruise. We have dd 10 and ds6. I hope we can meet all of you. We are so excited about this trip. We are counting down the days.
