Kona Cafe or GF cafe?

Just need some opinions on Kona Cafe or GF Cafe. I want to haave lunch there before I go into the park, trying to save as much time as possible because I will have to be at the airport by4PM? time wise and quality of food what would you choose and why? TIA:)

I actually prefer GF Cafe for lunch. I had a great meal there last month.

I haven't eaten at the GF Cafe, but I LOVE Kona Cafe. Have eaten there twice and enjoyed it both times.
