I decided to upgrade to the deluxe...here are the plans so far:
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Tusker Yak and Yeti Boma
Grand Floridian OOP Narcossee's
Contemporary WCC Citricos
Boma OOP Coral Reef
Boma Biergarten Yachtsman
Boma Tutto Italia Le Cellier
H&V 50's PTC Crystal Palace
Staying at AKV, so I thought Boma for meals at the EP days. Chose breakfasts within the parks on days at DS and AK and thought about the Grand Floridian and Contemporary on our MK days via the monorail. We'll probably be able to save enough snacks to eat for our OOP lunches. I'll go in tonight and figure out what the cost of our meals would be compared to the DxDDP cost.

The Grand Floridian Cafe is our favorite restaurant. It is awesome! Coral Reef is, as well.
My only concern for you is Hollywood and Vine. I would actually reccommend the Princess breakfast at Epcot for one of your Epcot days and sub Boma in for the H&V. We had breakfast two weeks ago there and it was our least favorite meal.

How can you mess up bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, french toast, etc???

I'm counting 22 credits. If you will be there for 7 nights, you'll only have 21.:confused3
As for H&V, we've had breakfast there only once and it was many years ago. But we didn't care for it all either. Unless it has really improved, I'd stick with Boma another day.
When you say Contemporary for breakfast, I take it that you're planning on the Wave? I hope you post about your experience. I haven't seen any reviews or comments about breakfast there. We had lunch and dinner there in October and enjoyed both very much. Or do you mean Chef Mickey's?

I just went through and counted and saw I messed that up. I think I'll eliminate one breakfast at Boma's where we'll go OOP or just use some snack credits.
Edit: After going through what we'd most likely order and in consideration of the snack credits, our plan would cost over $1,350 for the week if not on the DDP. On the dining plan, it's something like $1007.
