Pass for my amputee Dad

Hey, all! My Dad, my sister, and I are going to DLR in March for my birthday. My dad has his left leg amputated, but wears an artificial leg so he can be mobile. When we went in 2000, we got a special pass where we went in the exits of most of the rides, and didnt have to wait in a majority of the lines. Do they still do this at DLR? THank you!!

DisneyLAND has done away with their old Special Assistance Pass and replaced it with the Guest Assistance Card.

If you click on where it says "disABILTIES" at the top of this page it will take you to the Index. One of the top items is the "disABILTIES FAQ" which will gives lots of useful information. Post #6 discusses the GAC; the rulesfor both WDW and DLR are basically the same.

In addition, Post #14 deals with DLR.

If you go to the disABILITIES FAQs thread in post #6, there is a section of information about GACs (Guest Assistance Cards). Even though it was written about WDW, it works in a similar way at DL.
GACs are not meant to shorten or elimate waits in line, but to give an appropriate place and/or condition to wait.
