Good for you! With all your hard work on your wonderful CSR website, you should be able to go more often :)
We'll be there 2/19-2/28 - and I called yesterday and got the code applied with the discount; I didn't even think of upgrading to a deluxe, I still want to stay at CSR!

We are right on the Gulf of Mexico. It usually will get this cold for about a week in early Jan. This is quite unusual for us. Must be global whining, I mean warming:lmao: :rotfl2:

Here's what you have to look forward too!!

[SIZE="4"]After wandering around for a while I eventually found my room in Casitas 1, I was on the fourth floor and literally only the second room from the elevator which led directly to the convention centre so a superb location. After a quick bite to eat I was in bed by 8.45pm. Now on a normal trip I would literally fall straight to sleep but having read my itinerary for the next few days sleeping was impossible, this became a recurring theme of the week!

Here are a few photos of the gorgeous newly renovated rooms at CSR. (sorry the photos aren't fantastic quality but I was very tired!)

Here (hopefully) are some pics of the newly renovated rooms. There is a lot of dark wood in the room so some are kind of dark. I tried to lighten as best as I could so you see everything.

There is a light above the bed. The headboard is wooden as well with carved detail and I believe there is also some leather type of padding on it as well.

Flat screen tv with dvd player underneath. There is an ice bucket with glasses and a coffee maker with coffee mugs as well. The refrigerator is pretty good sized as well.

I'm not sure if the bathroom was renovated or not. The handle on the shower didn't want to seem to shut off so it seemed like it had been new and maybe not just broken in yet? :confused3

The large dark wooden panels on either side of the doorway are actually sliding doors that close for privacy in the sink/bathroom area.

The room had a very updated contemporary look to it. I loved it. It wasn't overly themed yet subtle touches of Spanish culture remained in the deco. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2Thanks for posting the pics and glad you enjoyed CSR!!

53 days and counting! We had to change our trip dates due to DH's work schedule, so no more value season discount. We will now be at CSR Feb 21-March 1. No standard rooms were available, so I guess we will be enjoying our "water view"! I am just happy we were able to get into CSR at all.
On another happy note, I was able to switch our ressies for Cinderella's breakfast with no problem. We are going for dd's 5th b-day. Our only dining issue was getting into our favorite, O'Hana at a decent time. We will be dining late, but at least we will be there!

We just got there last Christmas holidays and the experience is really wonderful, now we are planning to go back for the next holidays. It's not bad, makes me feel excited again. :)

Hey Buzz! Can't wait to read all about your upcoming trip. We are 119 days away from our next trip. As of right now, we are booked for the Pop Century for May 15-22, but I am seriously considering upgrading to CSR. We loved it SOOOO much!!! I think I might regret it if we don't stay at CSR.I'm hoping to get a rehabbed room!

I know some other people to that will be there, I am very flexible so whatever would be good for everyone? What do you all think is the best place to meet, I thought the resort probably would be the easiest place to meet. I think it would be fun to meet other people from the dis. I could do it anytime except for the 15th as I will be at the Daytona 500.
