Sun night had reservations for a standard studio, but because of refurbishing was bumped up to preferred 1 bedroom. Isn't it ironic, after all my room controller faxes for nothing, I finally get the view of my dreams this way! DEfinitely a pleasant and quite unexpected surprise!

On our first trip to our home resort (BWV) we were upgraded from a standard one bdrm to a preferred one bdrm. It was great and I saved about 38 pts. I'm hoping to always be upgraded now...but I don't think that happens. Then again, this is Disney, so I can dream.

One year we booked a GV at OKW. Two day before we left for OKW, I got a call and was asked if we minded a GV at BW. It seems they had over booked at OKW and we reaped the rewards. We had a great place with a boardwalk view. Back then before all the addons,I could not have afforded a GV at BW. It was a great trip.
