What is best time for Banana Boat ride?

Trying to make our excursion plans for July - wondering what is the best time to take the banana boat ride? I was thinking about trying to reserve for before lunch (don't think it would be a good choice on a full stomach!!) - does anyone know what time lunch is served on Castaway Cay?

We did the banana boat at 12:00 and it seemed to work out perfectly. We were able to spend time on the beach in the morning then do the banana boat and right after we got off, we headed over to Cookies for lunch. It seems to split up the day pretty well and worked well for us.

I've booked ours towards the end of the day. The dock for the ride is right near the ship, so we can get off the banana boat, dry off a bit and get right on the ship! Also, I won't have to pull the children away from anything they're doing in their clubs.
