The weekend of Nov 8 & 9 would have been very difficult for Bob. The Kenndy Space Center Airshow would have been pulling him out there. But- there is, also, a Roar & Soar at Fantasy of Flight the same weekend.
We were at the Space Center on last year, but Bob being Bob, didn't want to pay to go in, or be stuck there all day. Soooo, we watched from a vantage point outside the center. Kathy is right, you can't see as much that way, but we saw alot of it. It was great!
The Roar & Soar is also this week end. There are boat races, fly ins, classic & exotic cars, vintage air planes & a kids games section. This a pretty neat event too. One day admission $23 for adults & $12 for kids 6-15

Bob would have gone nuts trying to do both!
