Any info on S/D gym?

How is the Swan/Dolphin gym? Are there treadmills, bikes, do they open early in the morning?

I appreciate any info.

The dolphin has a "body by jake" which is supposed to be one of the premier work out places at wdw! We walked by on way to pool and it looked pretty intense. I believe the swan is supposed to have one to, but I haven't seen it yet. MKY:p
