I have heard so much about Dreams Unlimited I am thinking of contacting them to help with my plans for a late November-December trip. How much will it cost me? and is it worth paying someone to do the research that I could reasonably do myself? Just curious. TIA Sandy

You just have to pay for the price of the trip. Since they find you the lowest rate and do all your planning for you, I felt it was well worth booking through them. In fact I have an upcoming trip in August and we just booked room only. Since we were doing that I felt we didnt need to go through a travel agent. I have to say, I miss not having my agents help on planning an itinerary for this trip. :) She has been so helpful on the other 2 trips that I have worked(/am working) with her on.

Thank you very much! I appreciate it! I'm trying to make arrangements to show my DH how inexpensive I can make this trip (in other words- CHEAP :D ) So I actually haven't talked him into it yet. If something happens and I have to cancel, how difficult is it to do, and will it affect DU? I would hate for them to do alot of work just to have it all for nothing. Not sure if that made sense or not, but I'm trying to be considerate. Thanks again. Sandy

Hi Sandy! To cancel you would simply contact your agent and he/she would take care of it for you. It's not a problem. :)

We are going through DreamsUnlimited and so far we have been very pleased. We have a great rate. I also checked with a local TA and that rate was doubled!

They are FABULOUS! We used them for our 2000 trip and everything went off without a hitch.

We used them for our Nov/Dec trip last year and everything was wonderful. They were great in helping us since the POFQ closed down and we were transferred.

I'm using DU for the 3rd trip in a row - they are wonderful.

By the way, the last 2 trips were with room only reservations and they still did all my PS and created my itinerary - it's all part of the service they offer.

Can't say enough great things about them.

Maybe best of all, they track the room rates very closely and changed my ressie last year and saved me a bundle!

I used them for our trip last November and my agent was great. I am going to switch my reservations over to then again. My agent was so helpful and full of information. Michelle

DU is great! Kelsie is my agent for this trip and she has done an outstanding job on my ressies, all of my PS (Hey - she got us into CRT for breakfast!!!) and my itenerary is amazing. I will never use a local agent or do it myself again.

If I go ahead & make the room only reservation today, how hard is it to switch it over to them? And do they frown on it? I still haven't talked my DH into the trip :D (almost but not definate and he doesn't understand the concept of booking early), so I want to make sure we have a room for WHEN I do.;)
