The bounce back free dining we booked in August when we were there was the standard ! ts, 1 cs, snack one. Who knows what they will do for public free dining.

another thread mentioned that the plan offered to the Brits for 2009 free dining was for Counter Service Plan...but they're offers are not necessarily the same as those offered in the U.S.

the British offer was for the quick service plan if you book a moderate, and the regular plan if you book a deluxe. That offer was not available for value resorts.
The US bounceback offer was offered for all resorts and the regular dining plan was included.
This is indicative but not proof of what the US general public offer might be (if they have one).

Yeah the UK current offer is Quick service plan with Moderate resorts and DDP with deluxe. You can pay the extra to upgrade, but for us it was cheaper to upgrade resort than upgrade the plan!

Hoping that is what the general public will get too.. planning on 2 trips to the world in 2009 and for the one I am paying for the dining plan it will be the counter service one.. so really, really hoping for the table service one for the free dining!:dance3:
