Non-Anonymous Holiday Card Exchange

Well guys it's that time of year again, the holiday's are fast approaching. With that also comes the annual Holiday Card Exchange. Please note that once sign up's end I will be taking no more new names as it get's confusing. Also realize that you may sign up for say only 5 but sometimes that means you may receive more than 5. If you are not okay with that please let me know up front. I am going to do my best this year to keep everything right on track. Now all the really pertinet information you need to know:

Sign up's run from 11/3 - 11/17
Cards MUST be mailed by 12/1

Information I MUST have:
Name
Address
Email Address(if inbox is full your names will come to this address)
How many cards you are willing to send(minimum is 5)
