How far is it from the Marriott GV to the parks?? Also, does Marriott provide any shuttles?

Grande Vista is about 12 to 15 minutes from Universal. Grande Vista does have shuttle service to the parks for a fee and I don't think they run very often. I have never used the shuttle so I can't really say what the schedule is. But Grande Vista is very centrally located to both Disney and Universal both are very easy and quick to get to.
