We just got back from DL and my DH made a good observation about the transfers on the shirts. They were too hot! Be careful if its hot when you go. We had about 90 some days and it was too hot for my DH to wear his shirt. He went back and put on his tie-dye shirt.
Black on the transfer made it even worse.

DH and DS matching shirts!

I'm confused, what made the shirts "hot"? Thank you:)

I dont know if you mean it was so hot and you had light transfers for your white shirts that they started cracking and peeling. Thats what happened to a few of my light transfers. I think you just need to make sure that you iron hard and long enough. I used the HP light transfers and this happened to me, but when I got done ironing, it seemed like there was a sticky layer that I had to peel off the transfer but looking back I think I just needed to iron longer. I hope this will be some good advice for anyone out there :).

no.. i think she means it got hot in the sun, and her husband went and changed his shirt..

I don't see how it could be any hotter then any other design (transfer or not)

Maybe he didn't like the design or something? lol

The dark transfer got hot! Have you ever wore a black shirt in the sun and felt the sun pounding on you? The black transfer attracted the sun and made the chest area very hot!!! No air can get through the shirt at that point. The transfer stayed on fine- it even washed good. I even felt the sun though my shirt but not as bad as his!
