Since the parks are closing earlier (I've always gone to WDW in July and August and I'm used to the later hours) and the second parade at MK and the second showing of Fantasmic aren't scheduled, I'm wondering if there is anything to do at any of the onsite resorts at night. I'm familiar with the Boardwalk and Pleasure Island, but was thinking more of a lounge with some entertainment.

I seem to remember one at Port Orleans, but that goes back a few years.

We're all adults and just looking for a place to go after 9:00 PM

Thanks.

Try going to the Polynesian lounge after 9:00. Usually crowded during the weekend. Everytime I go up there it seems to be packed. It's a great atmosphere and there is a lot of people.

The PO Riverside lounge is getting Bob back. He plays the piano and has a very interactive type of show where everyone sings, etc. It is ALWAYS very popular among those who stay. But, it can get crowded.

In the past PO-FQ used to have a jazz saxaphone player or something similar. It is opening up again the end of MaY. I'm not sure if they will open the lounge with entertainment or not.

Downtown Disney is also open. I believe that the rainforest cafe has a bar (most do). The don't have entertainment, though. Plus, the stores, etc. at downtown Disney are open until 11pm. There are several snack places along with a very popular Ghiradellis Ice Cream and outside seating go with that.

For something to do you could always catch the bus to PO Riverside and then catch the boat to DTD. Once there you can catch a bus back to your hotel, if you are staying on property.

At CBR there is line dancing Jamaican style with steel drums and the tiki hut drinks.
