H50 (or other bridge) w/WDW pics

I will be going to Dsiney next year and am thinking about brining my H50 for the days and then using the DSLR for nights and maybe 1 or 2 days at the park.
I just do not know if I can get decent shots with a bridge camera.
I was at Disney last February for a few hours and brought the DSLR (had some time before a conference started and did not have my kids with).
I like the freedom of the bridge, but am afraid I will miss the speed and quaility of the DSLR.
I know I will bring both (as one might bite the dust), and do not want to be caught with a backup.
Would like to enjoy the park without the addition weight but know when I return, I will wish I had better quaility.
Can poeple post their H50 (or other bridge camera) pics fro Disney world?

I would check the Photo Contest threads also here http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1679394 Many use the Canon S3 (S1/S2/S5) and have a picture of it in their signature. (Most of my recent entries were also taken with the S3.)

Hopefully some Sony users will chime in also.

Thanks for the links to the photos. It looks like what I thought, daylight pictures are pretty decent on a Bridge, but the night shots suffer a bit.
I am still going to bring both and might do the Bridge for day shots and AK (less lenses to carry) and then for night shots I will use the my faster glass on the DSLR.

Glad you found your answer. I guess it would also depend what you plan to do with the pics once you have them. If you are printing them (as long as you don't go to large) there is not a huge enough difference to justify bringing 2 cameras. I plan to put mine in a photo book to be printed up, so they will look just fine at the size they will be printed at.

I think I would just bring the dslr though, because even though the sony isn't as heavy as the dslr, it is a bit bulky. I got tired of wearing it around my neck for the day. Just some more food for thought.

Thanks for the other link to your otyher pictures. I really like the interface of Photoshop.com (never heard of it till your link).
My only question is if you have both the H9 as well as a DSLR and are all the pictures in your photoshop.com all from the H9?

I just have the h9. I debated getting a dslr, but I know me and I would want too many lenses. Perhaps one day I will upgrade. You can really tell the difference with low light conditions with this camera. I love it, but if you want to get those really cool shots inside an attraction (like the Haunted Mansion, or even peter pan) than go with a dslr. Of course this also depends on what lenses you have (of which I am not a expert). Anywho.... All were taken with the h9 that I have. I thought of doing an upgrade to the h50 since it will take pics in RAW, but decided against it for now.

PS: I LOVE the photoshop website. It is a free service and their photo editing software on there is not half bad.

On note Melissa, the H50 does NOT do raw. That would help if it did, but if does not.
As for lenses, I have some nice professional lens for my Canon, but should be able to get by with the 10-22 as well as the 24-105 IS
