Any news on the foot of yours?? Just thinking about you this afternoon and wondering if you've heard anything.

Aw, you are so sweet...

I did talk to the Dr. last night. No stress fracture (so no cast yipee!) He also said I could "walk" throught the pain...Which is good and bad. Good because it means I won't make anything worse by excersicing, bad 'cause it hurts like h*ll and now I really have no excuse not to get my butt in gear (I have about 80 pds to lose, most of it gained in the last 12-18 months)

Now...How are *you* doing? I have seen you on the boards more - is that a good sign?

well i'm getting there. i went out yesterday and i think i may have done way too much. so i paid for it last night. today i think i'll keep myself low key. i want to run to toys r us to use my coupon and pick up a few *santa* items, but i really don't want to do more than that.
glad to hear that there will be no cast! that's good news!! as for walking through the pain-that stinks. everyone's pain level is different. *as i recently found out.* i've had people say to me "really? you still have pain?" uh yea. is that ok? is what i want to say, but i don't. you take care of that foot!
