Up until now (late Oct), when were the least crowded weeks for 2008?

Just curious . . . during 2008, when were the least crowded weeks or time periods?

The second week of September was extremely low. My friends were there and had NO waits all week. I also remember many posts on here about the parks being empty that week.

Beginning to mid October is also dead, except for Epcot in the eve, due to Food & Wine.

Availability at the Epcot resorts was also high during the 2nd week due to Gartner as well.

And now with the economic downturn I expect cancellations for maybe end of November and December...
