i was hoping for some real 'secrets' from the show and was disappointed in that respect; but it was fun to see updates on past players

I thought it was good - as usual, most shows like that don't give enough good information like the secrets - but I thought it was good that they showed what they ate and how they exercised. Ali looked so good - OMG did you see her do those pull-ups!!

I thought Jillian looked nervous - its funny cuz she always talks about Oprah on her radio show and how she thinks its funny that everyone follows Oprah's every word. She said a few weeks ago after taping this that Oprah ignored her. I think most of the show was just about the conestants and not that much input from Bob or Jillian there. I loved that Jillian shared pictures of herself. I've seen one before, but I think it really shows the world just how she understands the contestants and that she has been there and done that.

I watched it and enjoyed the updates. I wish they had more of the people from the earlier shows as opposed to so many from the more recent shows, but it was still really good to see how they were doing.

I also loved the pictures of Jillian!
