Avis shuttle

We are flying into Orlando the day before we cruise. We will be renting a car from Avis to get us to the Radisson. I understand Avis charges by 24hr periods. If we get the car at 10am it would need to be turned in by 10am Sat? Would we still be eligible for the Avis shuttle to port? I just want to know what my options would be. I do know there is also a Radisson shuttle but would we be eligible for either? We are also renting a car from Avis to get us back to the airport.

I have read that the Avis offers a special rate for those only going to the Radisson. I think you would have to call the Avis office next to the Radisson to get the info. I just read on another board that a couple got a better rate from Budget, it is 3 doors away from the Avis office at Port C. You can use the Radisson shuttle going or coming from the ship since you will be a guest. Book your shuttle reservations as soon as you check in. I would use the rental cars shuttle coming back.

Yes, if you rented at 10am one day, you'd want to return it to the Radisson by 10am the next day to only be charged for one day. Yes, you could still use the Avis shuttle to the port.

Beware of Budget. I've heard a good bit of anecdotal evidence about how they sometimes don't clean the cars if they're understaffed, and that they tend to be understaffed on cruise days, particularly when compared to Avis.
