View Full Version : Can't get shares through Selftrade as I'm in Ireland (South) any options?

I tried Selftrade today, but they won’t accept registrations from Ireland anymore, this was introduced about a month ago by their compliance department, according to the guy I talked to earlier today.

I liked the thought of joining Selftrade so that I could dabble in shares with a transaction fee of €12.50 and no yearly fee. (I know shares are bad now, but they’ll pick up eventually…)

So could anyone point me in the right direction for an alternate to selftrade, that i can use from Ireland

Thanks in advance,
mrsm

I bought my shares in the UK via Iweb - not sure if you can buy from Ireland but worth a try https://share-dealing.iwebsharedealing.co.uk/sharedealing/public/SdWelcomeLogin.asp
