Thanks for all the info. DD is a vegi so Im thinking we might try this buffet when we go in Feb, hope everything in the main meal options is'nt spicy though, my mum can't manage spicy food, o well she likes fruit & cake :goodvibes we'll give it a go.

No, it wasn't all spicy, there will be lots that your mum can eat. There are many spices in containers on the buffet so that anyone can flavour their servings to their own palate, should they wish to do so.

I found this to be a real gem of a place and worth visiting just to see the decor alone!
