Hello all,

I was going to buy online the 3 day pass tickets for 2 adults and 2 children, but have noticed that the basic annual passes(of which the restriction dates would be fine) are cheaper! But not sure how i go about purchasing these? Can they be bought and used on our first day Disney?
Thanks!

The best place to buy AP's is at Guest Relations on the right hand side of the park gates where they will take the money, give you a temp pass that you then change up inside the park for the full pass at some stage during the first day.

I assume by basic you mean the Francillian pass. Please bear in mind that this pass can't be used on the 2nd or 3rd days after purchase so if you wanted to visit for three straight days then you would need to buy the Fantasy pass instead.

Thankyou for your reply.

I did mean that pass and as we are only there for 4 days will have to get the fantasy ones instead, as want to spend every minute of the 4 days we can there! So,I think we will purchase the fantasy ones as you recommend when we get there.

Would you know how I can book for various meals at the park and the village etc? I have been looking at the sticky for restaurants etc and want to book for xmas eve and xmas day if possible.
Thanks again.

Fantasy annual passes have blackout days I'm afraid, so although they can be used as soon as you buy them, they can't be used as park access tickets on certain dates in the year - and the period between 26th December and 30th December are blackout days for Fantasy passes. They will work fine if your last day in the parks is on or before Christmas day though.
Dream annual passes have no blackout days.

For restaurant bookings, you can call the Dining reservations service on 0033 160 304050.

We will be at park 22nd,23rd,24th and last day 25th, so we just make the restriction dates for the fantasy AP. Have checked the restriction dates now and they fall outside of british (welsh) school holidays and as I work in school can only go in hols so that works well again!

will ring the reservation number now, but will have a quick look at your reviews again so i make the right choices!! Do they require any card details/deposits at time of reserving tables?
Thankyou

They allow you to make a reservation without any deposit but only 60 days before hand so you should just be ok although someone earlier said that they were told to ring back in 4 days time when they tried to book for December.

No you don't need to make any payments now, they will just take your name and may or may not give you a booking number for each reservation. (Which the restaurants never seem to ask for!)
